Assisting students to get the loan (or Danacita’s other products) in accordance with Danacita's operational policy.
Ensure timely resolution of all customer complaints and issues.
Develop customer support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction, as we're responsible for customer retention and make sure that customers are getting their value.
Working closely with Danacita’s other departments.
Supporting Operations and Partnerships team with projects & tasks when required.
Create a daily report for CS.
Have a background in Telesales;
Attention to detail;
Confident in engaging with our customers and can connect well with them;
Able to understand and resolve issues frequently presented by our students and guarantors;
Can work in a cross-functional team from diverse backgrounds and rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement;
Able to carry themselves professionally and communicate well as a representative of Danacita;
