Experience in developing/maintaining risk scoring (retail consumer finance) based on PQR performance is a value added
Determine risks and opportunities within credit portfolio processes and strategy.
Offer commentary on observations and ensure high standard quality.
Document analysis projects to present to senior management.
Oversee portfolio performance against KPI targets and analyze data and trends.
Understand key trends and performance and offer insight into Danacita portfolios.
Challenge credit strategy and policy in line with risk and business goals
Strategize on risk and improve overall strategy design.
Identify problems, opportunities and deviations and conduct risk vs. return analysis.
Graduated minimum from S1.
Minimum 3 years experience as retail credit analyst/risk portfolio.
Having experiences at fintech industry especially is operation area is value added.
This role is required to be polite in speaking, wise in making decisions and refined in character.
Skilled and having experience in analytic/statistic tools: SQL, VBA Macro, Scoring application
A calm, patient, steadfast attitude, good at getting along, having good speaking skills, these are the main demands that a good customer service must have.
