1 What You'll Do

  • Plan, implement and manage brand, campaign and social media strategies
  • Create content (photos and videos) for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Twitter and YouTube based on objectives for each social media landscape.
  • Be a brand guardian for the brand, make sure all the campaign or activities are aligned with the brand image
  • Work with our external stakeholders (OJK, AFPI, etc) and internal teams to optimize joint campaigns, events or other initiatives for driving objectives through the partner ecosystem.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and report on social media performance including insights and make actionable recommendations for both short and long-term perspectives to optimize budget.
  • Manage social media within the timeline including content development, regular update, inquiries response and relevant engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the Growth Marketing Team to ideate on campaign content and messaging, and to develop experiments that drive impact for the business.
  • When necessary, liaise with the talent/KOLs to ensure they deliver on the briefs.
  • Measure performance of each activity & stay up to date with industry trends

2 Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience in social media, content creation and strategy or a related field.
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful social media management
  • Great understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok and Youtube, including analytical tools for social media such as Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and video content creation
  • Digital savvy, passionate about content creation, and social media trends to produce a new exciting idea for content strategy.
  • Exceptional writing, design and editing skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, able to work as individual and in a team
  • Strong time management skills and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment either independently or in a team.
