1 What You'll Do

  • Identify and analyze stakeholders’ needs and desires, translating them into actionable user requirements and stories.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and prioritized features based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to deliver new product features and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and legal developments relevant to the company, and communicate these insights to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, service providers, and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the company, contributing to product-market fit efforts and scaling initiatives.
  • Base all decisions on professionalism, ethics, and integrity, ensuring alignment with the company’s values.

2 Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Good project management skills with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables while ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Strong and structured problem solving skills with good business acumen. Understanding of the lending/fintech business model is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience leading engineering teams in product development.
  • Experience working with product designers on product discovery and feature-building efforts.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar, and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and a shared commitment to achieving goals.
  • A proactive approach to sharing ideas and driving improvements that contribute to the company’s success.
