Engineering Manager

1 What You'll Do

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and - innovative environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional development goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  

Project Management:

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Ensure successful project delivery by managing resources, schedules, and
  budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
  

Technical Oversight:

• Collaborate with the technical leads to ensure the technical direction aligns with the overall company strategy.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and workflows.
  Implement best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
• Champion a culture of agility and adaptability within the engineering team.

2 Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a leadership role, managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly and under pressure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
