Finance Operations Associate

1 What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of loan finance operations, including but not limited to lender disbursements, school disbursements, and revenue repayment calculations to lenders.
• Manage the calculation, reconciliation, and creation of accurate accounting entries for all loan executions across Danacita and related entities.
• Continuously improve and scale our internal systems and team processes to support the company’s rapid growth and ensure operational efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate the onboarding of new lenders and ensure seamless integration into our financial ecosystem.

2 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics or related majors from reputable institution.
• 1-2+ years of experience as a Finance Operations or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in fintech P2P lending or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the Indonesian financial services sector.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial operations.
• Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
