1 What You'll Do

  • Follow up to existing and potential users to present our product and service offering by call and WhatsApp.
  • Provide excellent service to guide student’s applications, via both online or on-the-ground acquisition effort.
  • Assist students to get the loan (or Danacita’s other products) in accordance with Danacita’s operational policy. Successful loan activation will be the main, expected key result.
  • Gather and document customer information and interaction in the database.

2 Qualifications

  • Willing to work on a contract basis for 3 months.
  • Have a background at least 1 year of working experience in telesales/sales but fresh graduates are also welcomed.
  • Domiciled in JABODETABEK.
  • Ambitious and target oriented.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Willing to work overtime to maximize service in assisting student to submit loan, especially during the peak-season: school’s payment deadline.
  • Confident in engaging with our customers and can connect well with them by call, WhatsApp & in person.
  • Able to understand and resolve issues frequently presented by our students and guarantors.
  • Able to carry themselves professionally and communicate well as a representative of Danacita.
  • Fast-learner and ready to live out our company values: Humble, Hungry and Mission-Driven.
