Partnerships Analyst (6-month contract)

1 What You'll Do

Job Descriptions

• In charge of all work related to manage our partnerships with school partners and continuously communicate our educational financing product;
• Provide operational and administrative support from financial product preparation to on-ground assistance, work closely with the schools and Danacita’s operational team.
• Provide insights to help identify specific needs and opportunities within partner campuses to drive deeper integration;
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to strengthen our relationships and acquire more borrowers in each campus across Indonesia;
• Help develop marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness and presence within partners and the greater financing sector in Indonesia;
• Able to conduct themselves professionally as a representative of Danacita when interacting and communicating with partner schools.

2 Qualifications

Qualifications

• Willing to work on a contract basis for 6 months.
• 0–2 years experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must reside in Jabodetabek and be willing to travel to campuses.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & business-level English (email, presentation).
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, vlookups) or SQL is a plus.
• Confident in engaging with partner schools and their students; able to connect with them and understand their needs.
• Can connect the dots from different data sources and customer feedback to come up with strategies to grow our student community and unafraid to try these initiatives out.
• Able to work cross-functionally to learn from and provide support to our business-development and marketing teams.
• Fast-learner and ready to live out our company values: Humble, Hungry and Mission-Driven.
