1 What You'll Do

Job Descriptions

• Run the full audit cycle to check operational effectiveness, financial accuracy, and compliance with OJK rules and ISO 27001.
• Lead the yearly audit team for OJK reviews, ISO re-certification, and other regulatory checks.
• Draft the yearly audit plan and get Audit Committee approval.
• Make sure all regulatory reports (P2P data, LBU, SIKP) are correct and sent on time; fix any gaps found.
• Collect and review accounting records, system data, and flowcharts; keep clear working papers.
• Write audit findings, root causes, and practical fixes; present to management and follow up until issues are closed.
• Track new OJK and BI rules; update audit steps and tools as needed.

2 Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field and have strong audit/risk exposure.
• 2-3 years audit experience from public accounting firm or internal audit team; fintech or P2P experience preferred.
• Compliance expert: has prepared and submitted P2P and other OJK/BI reports; knows POJK 77/2016.
• ISO 27001 experience: joined at least one full certification or surveillance audit.
• Strong analytical skills, fluent in Indonesian and English, detail minded.
• Good with Excel, SQL, or data tools.
• Fast learner, self starter, comfortable in start-up speed.
